Nak jadi orang bijak? senang je!

Baca elok-elok. KE-JA-YA-AN. Eh apsal aku post picture yang ada kena mengena dengan kejayaan ni? Okay aku admit tarikh 22 Mac semakin menakutkan aku. Ewahh baru tau nak takut kan. Padahal dulu kemain lagi kau bising suruh 22 Mac datang cepat-cepat. Nah ni memang akan membuatkan aku tidur tak basah mandi tak lena makan alhamdulillah still kenyang kot *tampar pipi* haiiii bab makan laju je kannnn. hohoi *suke hati kite la perut kite bukan perut awak tau*  Ok dah boleh stop dengan monolog sendirian itu.

Hai dan assalamualaikum semua! Bertemu lagi kita dalam rancangan adik di 9! *pangggg sekali lg hamek kau merapu lagi kan* Ok direct to the point so sorry for neglecting my blog. I know its kinda lame but believe me I've been too busy.....busy with other things which is not necessary.

So my entry here will be something about cara-cara untuk menjadi bijak! Actually I found this article in I luv Islam which after I read them I just realized patut laaa aku rasa aku semakin kurang cerdik kebelakangan ni. Kutuk diri sendiri la pulakkk alamakkk. But then really its true!

so here it is Rahsia Orang Bijak ;

1. Mengambil sarapan pagi. Told ya, breakfast is like a king. Plus its the one that will support your day. In fact no breakfast means that your glucose level in your blood will lowers down and your nutrition to your brain will be lesser. So how do you think your brain can function well hmmph? 

2. Elak Makan Secara Berlebihan. Okay benda ni memang kena sebijik kat muka! In science, if we eat a lots which is too much body needs more blood to complete digestion in the intestine and stomach. Dan darah untuk ke otak akan semakin berkurangan and will result us to become lazy, sleepy and lack of focus. Soooooo true!

3. Tidur Dengan Menutup Muka. Anda semua dilarang tidur dalam keadaan meniarap atau mencekup muka dengan tangan, buku atau sebagainya. Know why? Its because carbon dioxide will be trapped and we will be suct it again!

Sebenarnya there are still few mores like elakkan tidur yang berlebihan, hidu udara yang bersih and blablabla but these are the ones that I always did. Patutlah rasa otak ni macam sedikit tumpul. Nak kena polish balik ni!
